Our Auction: Toasted Coconut Mallow Pops dipped in Milk Chocolate and Coupon

I got asked to do a Tree Lighting Ceremony and Toys for Tots Benefit, with over 2,000 people, this week and it was amazing! So many cute kids in costumes, fun vendors and MARSHMALLOWS! We made Mallow Pops, Toasted Coconut and Red Velvets. All of our supply went in less than hour and we had a blast!

I have been waiting to write this post for the last month and a half! We have been prepping and organizing for the Twitter Global Sales Conference. I have a wonderful (brilliant and talented) friend who does amazing work for Twitter and opened the door for our little business! Twitter was launching a new "nest" product so I wanted to really try and tie that into our theme. I wanted to show how personalized we can get with our products and how it can be more than what we have listed on our item list.

 Everything went really well! We couldn't get our mallows set up fast enough, people were trying to take them before we were even ready! It was fantastic, people really seemed amazed and pleased with the look and taste of everything. There were people using my mallows for photo ops! So ridiculously cool! We were pretty much out of stock within an hour. So mind blowing and I'm SO happy :).

This whole thing is a process and I learn so much each time I do these. It's surreal to have these ideas one day and have it be real the next.  I feel lucky that I'm just starting out and we have had the opportunity to do a display (with pretty much free creative license) for Twitter! Got great feedback from people and a couple of good leads. My Dad came out with me to help set up and he was so proud, truly an amazing day and one I will cherish :).
